Aurora borealis
Lake Vittrasket, Sorbyn, Sweden
We too a short winter holiday to Sweden, mostly to see the Northern Lights. Our hotel was on the shore of this lake, although it was completely frozen at this time of the year. I spent a few hours from about 11:00pm photographing the Aurora. It is awe-inspiring.
